H&M Denim Re-born - Upcycling workshops

Last weekend, I was in Poznan at workshops about fashion upcycling, organised by H&M. 

According to Wikipedia, upcycling, also known as creative reuse, is the process of transforming by-products, waste materials, useless and/or unwanted products into new materials or products of better quality or for better environmental value. 

I think thats great idea, but as a budding art hoe, I'm approaching this method more like a creating your own work of art, out of given, used materials. It sounds like more fun, right?

Recycling is a issue we still struggle, despite thrifting, we still throw away so much fabric, when we could re-use it or play with it.
